Celina Carr, Senator
Hello, my name is Celina Carr, and I’m a sophomore here at the University of Iowa. I’m currently a Journalism and Mass Comm. major, with a concentration area in Pre-Law. This will be my first year being a part of UISG as a Senator. I’m excited to complete goals that are important to the student body, as well as the continuation of making the University of Iowa a great place to participate and be active in the community. This year I would especially like to focus on the diversity here at the U of I, as well as partaking in the promotion and collaboration of UISG and other student organizations on campus.
I am involved in Phi Alpha Delta (Pre-Law Fraternity), U of I Wish Makers, and I’m a Reporter for NURU/Perspectives (Multi-Cultural Newspaper and News TV Show).
I love the University of Iowa and can’t wait to impact each and every student! Go Hawkeyes!
