Vote Early!
Early Voting: Election season is upon us and ECGPS and UISG would like to inform you about voting early here on campus.
What is it? Early voting is exactly what it sounds like, voting before Election Day (Tuesday, November 6). Early voting is a way to increase voter turnout and make voting more convenient and easy for voters. From now until Election Day, the Johnson County Auditor's Office will set up "satellite" voting locations around campus where anyone registered in Johnson County can vote.
Registering to vote: If you are not registered to vote in Iowa City yet, you can register at the satellite voting location before October 27th. It's quick and easy; simply provide a current Iowa City address and either a valid Iowa driver's license or the last four digits of your Social Security.
