UISG Elections

Spring
UISG holds an election annually in the spring to select the presidential party and a slate of senators, who are sworn in before summer begins and server throughout the next academic year.

Fall
Special Election: A special election is held in the fall for any vacant seats left in the student senate.
Freshmen: Five freshmen senators are elected in the fall as well, to represent incoming freshmen students.
